Fake iPhone 5 devices have already started ot appear in China based on designs that case manufacturers seem pretty sure of, according to GizChina.
It's not the most awe inspiring clone, to us at least, we've seen and, but it does look to follow the shape those leaked iPhone 5 case designs pointed at. The body is a very thin, 7mm!!! black plastic affair with the usual iPhoney (comedy drum roll) cameras, LED flash, plus controls for power and volume.
The back case states that this device is a 64GB model and has all the FCC and safety markings; except neither of those specifications are likely true. The fake device costs 699 Yuan ($108).
Apple was expected to release the real iPhone 5 in September; however, a new report today says it will be October.
