Known Issues:
2.0: Downloads may appear to hang at 100% briefly. This is purely cosmetic and occurs while the file is being moved to its final destination.
2.0: Existing file types that have been turned off in Preferences may have turned back on. Custom file types are safe.
2.0: Some media may not be offered for download, such as embedded QuickTime video, or certain audio that a site may embed in a particular manner.
2.0: The toolbar buttons are badly positioned on the iPhone and nearly atrocious on the iPad.
1.5.0+: On iOS 3.2 and beyond, opening files with applications via the download list may inexplicably fail. This is Apple's fault (seriously ).

Where's my Files:
Files are downloaded to ~/Media/Downloads (/private/var/mobile/Media/Downloads), but can be saved anywhere in /var/mobile.
On-Device Access
Safari Download Manager will offer to allow you to open any file in any apps that support it. Unfortunately, not all file types will be supported by applications. In this case, it is recommended that you access the Downloads folder with iFile!
